The process of co-creation is the only way to solve the complex cognitive challenges in careers
There is a deep aspiration in our country. It is vital that i-become connects to that aspiration.
If we are connecting to that aspiration we need to recognize that the challenge of careers is a complex cognitive challenge. It is not an informational challenge. To see it as an informational challenge has been a fallacy in the entire career game. This is why career guidance has been around for so many years and never succeeded – because people have taken an informational view.
These complex cognitive challenges cannot be solved except through a process of co-creation. It cannot be solved through a process of simple distribution. Wherever human choice is involved, informational and reach-based technologies fail. Hence, co-creation is not a choice it is a necessity.
