Experience the intervention-in-action at Gujarat Technological University
A lot has been done in the realm of building the skills and competence of students who are about to graduate to make them more employable by the industry, however the core issue of the right mindset and the right values has remained elusive.
Driven by the above need, Gujarat Technological University (GTU), which is the affiliating university for technical colleges in Gujarat approved the inclusion of the i-become “Contributor Personality Development” intervention in its University curriculum since 2011. The “Contributor Personality Program” intervention was rolled out in more than 450 colleges of GTU impacting a total of 5,00,000 students.
The objective of this book is to showcase the various aspects of the program rollout. The intervention narrative as detailed in the book serves as a ready of reference for what needs to be done in order to design and implement an end to end educational solution which can be seamlessly embedded in a University system.
