Knowledge Contributor Community

i-become initiative is making an effort to bring about a sustainable transformation in our society by surfacing the importance and power of Contributors around us – i.e. individuals who serve a purpose and make a difference in their respective areas of work- viz. industry, government, social sector etc.  This can also be seen as a mission to ‘unleash human potential’ and build inner capacities in the human being through ways of developing right attitude, mindset, approach towards work, and a dynamic mind. To read more on it, please refer to the definitional note by the founder of this initiative.

To help the success of this initiative and to contribute to the larger purpose stated above, the involvement of several knowledge contributors  who are willing to share their time / skills and capabilities are important; and hence we are trying to build an ecology of such knowledge contributors who would like to engage with contributor-ship ideas and participate in development of required knowledge products.

How you can contribute:
To accomplish the purpose of building contributor-mindset on a  large scale has led            i-become to target  schools, colleges and organizations with different kinds of programs and workshops suited for the audience in offline and online medium. One important element of such programs include visually-rich content that present concepts, thought-triggers, exercises, exploration content pieces, audio-video pieces, stories, role-model stories etc.

If this vision appeals to you and you wish to participate in this, you can think of taking on development roles of following types:

Researchers on Contribution-thinking - i.e., people who have ability to appreciate the ‘contributor ideal’ and associated concepts and thus is able to research on this and identify cases, stories, examples, role-models, scenarios and so on that demonstrate specific aspects of contributor-ship. Knowledge Visualizers - i.e., people who can translate a raw content / story ideas into striking visual communications / engagement experiences, by reorganizing, restructuring, revisualizing knowledge for the users. Execution Partners - i.e., people who may have skills such as illustrating, flash development, content editing, creation of photo narratives and so on.
